This project was a 220,000+ sq.ft., full MEP replacement. The work included removal and replacement of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, as well as restroom upgrades, and the addition of a wet sprinkler system. This project also featured new acoustical ceilings, flooring and painting throughout.
